The 800 Santa Barbara Apartments (800 SB) is a ground-up apartment project in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara. JDC was involved in the entitlement process, design and complete ground-up construction.

SCOPE OF PROJECT
JDC worked with developer to build a 3-story apartment building (Subterranean with three floors above) in the heart of Downtown Santa Barbara from the ground up.
JDC was involved in the entitlement process which took almost 6 years with 9 hearings and an appeal. JDC worked hands on with the Architect and designer and built this beautiful ground up building.
